When I first started my fitness journey I had a specific goal in mind, but I had no clue how to get there. I reached out to James to help me with the nutrition aspect, and I was very pleased with the results I got. He met with me when it was convenientl for my schedule, gave me suggestions on a new diet that would include food I actually liked, what supplements to take, and when to take them, all based on my personal preferences and goals.
